At Parlour & Main our booking system sends text and email reminders and confirmations prior to your scheduled appointment.
We encourage all clients to book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon. This ensures you to receive the date and time that works best for your schedule. We also offer 24/7 online booking. If you try to book online and cannot find an appointment that fits your schedule please call or email and we will do our best to accomodate your needs. You may also call/email to be added to a cancellation list. If you would like to receive information about a service you are welcome to call or email with any inquiries. We offer free, in salon consultations to further address any questions or concerns.
Please arrive to your appointment 5-10 minutes early. This allows your stylist to properly assist you as well as other clients. If you are running late please call to ensure your appointment can still be accommodated. It is possible we can acknowledge up to a 15 minute grace period from the start of your appointment time. However, it is up to the stylists’ discretion whether or not you will need to reschedule if you are running behind.
We understand that sometimes circumstances can create inevitable schedule adjustments however, we respectfully request a 24 hour notice for any cancellations. A missed appointment or last minute cancellation not only causes loss of wages to your stylist but also missed availability for another client to fill your spot. Please know any missed appointment can and may result in a service charge up to $25.
Please contact us within three business days if you are unhappy with your service. Our goal is to create satisfaction for every client and we will be more than happy to offer a complimentary service to better assist you. We cannot guarantee any extensions or chemical service if you do not use products approved by your current stylist. We also cannot guarantee any chemical service if you have had at home color previously applied to your hair. Any guarantee may be determined by the stylist.
Any allergies must be reported to your stylist before any service should begin. We will not be held responsible for any reaction caused by our products.
We do not allow children to be left unattended in the salon. A salon contains hot tools, sharp instruments, and sensitive equipment, we cannot be deemed responsible for any possible injury. Any inappropriate behavior may forfeit the remainder of your appointment if necessary. We strongly suggest leaving the littles at home. Please take this time to receive and permit a relaxing environment for yourself and others.
We do not allow refunds on any service, product, or gift certificate. If you are unsure about purchasing a product please ask for a sample. Cash and check are accepted but there will be a $30 fee for any and all returned checks. We also accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
