PRICING NOTICE
All services listed reflect starting prices. Final pricing may vary by stylist and is determined by factors such as hair length, thickness, time required, and service complexity. Each stylist independently sets their own pricing. For an accurate quote, please contact your preferred stylist directly or schedule a consultation prior to your appointment.

Salon Policies
To ensure the best experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review our salon policies prior to your appointment.
Appointments & Booking
We recommend booking your next appointment before leaving the salon to secure the date and time that best fits your schedule. Online booking is available 24/7. If you cannot find a suitable appointment online, please call or email us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Clients may also request to be placed on our cancellation list.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please notify the salon as soon as possible. A grace period of up to 15 minutes may be allowed depending on the stylist’s schedule. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or may require rescheduling. Cancellation fees may still apply.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We respectfully require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may result in the following fees:
$30 fee for standard service appointments
$50 fee for color service appointments
Clients who miss an appointment without notice (no-show) may be required to pay for future appointments in advance before booking again.
These policies help protect our stylists’ time and allow other clients the opportunity to book available appointments.
Service Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact the salon within three (3) business days of your appointment so we may review and address your concerns. Adjustments may be offered at the stylist’s discretion. Please note that results cannot be guaranteed if non-recommended products have been used or if prior at-home color treatments have been applied.
Chemical Services Disclaimer
For the integrity and safety of your hair, the salon cannot guarantee the results of chemical services if hair has previously been treated with at-home color, non-professional products, or undisclosed treatments. All service guarantees are determined by the stylist.
Allergy Disclosure
Clients must inform their stylist of any known allergies or sensitivities prior to the start of any service. The salon is not responsible for reactions if allergies or sensitivities are not disclosed in advance.
Children & Safety
For safety reasons, children may not be left unattended in the salon. Our space contains hot tools, sharp instruments, and professional equipment. The salon is not responsible for injuries that may occur if children are not supervised.
Payments & Refunds
All services, products, and gift certificate purchases are non-refundable. If you are unsure about purchasing a product, please ask about available samples. We accept cash and all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept checks.
